What is SWP and how does it work?

Smart Working Puglia is an online platform which connects professionals that choose to work remotely in Apulia to those who offer rentals well equipped for smart working.

You can choose and book the accomodation that is best suited to your lifestyle after signing up

Booking questions

How to book

To make a reservation, first of all you need to sign up to our website as a guest (by selecting “I want to book”), then you can make your booking request on the page of the chosen accomodation.

How long does it take to confirm a reservation?

After the payment your host will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours, if you paid by Paypal or Skrill. Otherwise, if you paid by bank transfer it may take 2/3 working days.

How can I cancel my booking request?

To cancel your reservation you have to follow next steps:

  • Enter in “booking details”
  • click on “cancel”
  • explain the reason of your cancellation
  • click on “send”

Can I make changes if my reservation hasn't been confirmed yet?

No, in this case you have to cancel the current booking and make a new one. If the payment has already been done you have to contact your host in order to make changes to your booking.

How can I find my booking and how can I check its status?

By accessing your personal area and clicking on ” Reservations” you can find a list of all your bookings with their updated status.

What if my host cancels my reservation?

In this case you have to contact our operator who will contact your host and ask why the reservation has been cancelled. In case the payment has been made and the host has not cancelled the booking by mistake yet, we will proceed with your refund so that you won’t loose any money.

Payment and Assistance questions

How does the payment work?

Once your payment request has been approved by the host you can access your account area, click on “my bookings”, then on “pay now”. The payment is made “off-site”: you’ll find the method of payment used by the host (PayPal, Skrill or bank transfer) and the recipient details. Once the payment has been completed through the specified payment method , you have to click on “Mark as paid”. The host will verify your payment and confirm your reservation within 2/3 working days.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, every hosts profile and their announcements are verified and guaranteed. Therefore you cannot find any “fake host” and there is no risk of being involved in a fraudelent reservation.

What kind of payment method do you accept?

The host decides to receive the amount through 3 different method of payment:

  • Paypal
  • Skrill
  • Bank transfer

Who can I contact if I need assistance?

Our costumer service is available 7 days a week on whatsapp, where our operator will help and assist you through your booking process.

Can I contact the host?

yes, it is possible to contact the host but just once he/she has approved your payment request.
In the section where there are the details of your booking request you can find the button “send a message” that allows you to chat with your host.

How can I share my experience with you?

After your stay you can write a review of the accomodation directly in our website and share your experience with our community.

Can I ask the host for a discount?

Yes, you can ask the host for a discount by our messaging system that you can find in your personal area.

Can I ask for additional services?

Yes, you can ask for an additional service by contacting the host through our messaging system that you can find in your personal area.
